Careers Advice and Guidance

Our Careers Co-ordinator within school is Ms Z. Barnes.  However, St Gregory's also employs the services of two Careers Advisers from the company Adviza.  Our Careers Advisers are based in the Careers Office in the Sixth Form block and they are in school at various times throughout the week.

It is advised to make an appointment via Ms Z. Barnes, Mrs H. Shields or indeed, by emailing:

TerryBianchini@adviza.org.uk.

The Adviza website has useful information for students, parents and carers alike.  For more information about the services Adviza provide, please click here.

During the Summer Term of Year 12 the mentoring programme focuses very intensely on progression after the Sixth Form and gives very specific information on the university admissions process.

Year 12 students are taken to Careers and Higher Education conventions to enable them to make informed choices.  Each year, the majority of our Year 13 students enter Higher Education. Our sixth formers achieve well at St Gregory's and go on to a wide range of competitive universities including Oxbridge and Russell Group universities.
